Dear Participant, Please find below the approval form prepared for group participation in the Grand Final, which will take place in New York between July 27 - August 2, 2026. What do you need to do to give your approval? 1. Please review the agreement using the link provided below. 2. After carefully reading and understanding all the terms and conditions, complete the approval form on this page (below). 3. You do not need to sign and return the attached agreement.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE: Once this contract is approved, all participants registered in your group must complete their deposit payments within five (5) business days. Payment of the deposits will guarantee your reservation. Otherwise, your group will be transferred to the waiting list. Newly registered participants are also required to complete their deposit payments within five (5) business days from their registration date. Participants who fail to do so may be completely removed from your list. Spots may fill up before the deadline. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. (Total Quota: 750 Students).
