FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1. Each selected category requires a separate $10 payment.
2. Once an exam has been paid for, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Students who are unable to take the exam due to unforeseen circumstances will not be given an alternative or make-up exam and no refunds will be provided for missed exams.
4. A student has the option to participate in exams in both categories and earn double certificate. In this case, separate payment is required for each chosen category.
5. Payments are processed through Stripe, a worldwide payment processing platform, using credit or debit cards. The card details of the applicant are never visible to or stored by Neo Science Olympiad under any circumstances.
6. Issue with duplicate payments:
   You might experience a payment problem due to internet connection, your bank, or your actions on the payment interface. If such an issue arises;
   - First of all, kindly verify if the funds have been deducted from your bank account (or credit card account). If not, please attempt the payment process again.
   - If the payment has been deducted from your account but is not reflected on the student panel, please get in touch with us through the contact form.
   - If you make a duplicate payment for the same exam, the second payment will be refunded after deducting the transaction fee.
   If both a teacher and a student separately made payments for two different accounts created on behalf of the student:
   - The refund amount is $7.5 for each duplicate payment, accounting for the commission charged by the Stripe Payment Processing Platform.
7. Please note that each student should have only one account.
