FEES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• Participation in each selected category requires a separate payment. Please refer to the table provided above for the participation fees in the NEO Science Olympiad.
• Payments are final and non-refundable once completed.
• Students unable to take the exam due to unforeseen circumstances will not be offered make-up exams or refunds.
• Students may participate in multiple exam categories and win several medals; however, a separate payment is required for participation in each category.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a global payment platform that accepts credit or debit cards. Applicant card details are never visible to or stored by the NEO Science Olympiad under any circumstances.

Duplicate Payment Issues

In case of payment problems due to internet connectivity, bank issues, or actions on the payment interface:
1. First, verify if funds have been deducted from the bank or credit card account. If no deduction is found, please attempt the payment process again.
2. If the payment has been deducted but is not reflected in the student panel, contact us via the contact form.
3. If a participant pays twice for the same exam due to the first payment not appearing immediately on the panel, the second payment will be refunded after deducting the transaction fee.
4. If a teacher and a student each make separate payments for 2 different accounts opened on behalf of the same student, a refund of $15 will be issued for the second payment.
5. Please note that each student should have only one account to avoid payment and registration issues.
