GRAND FINAL DISCOUNT AWARDS

Based on the exam results, the top 3 students (as mentioned above) will receive Grand Final Discount Awards, in addition to physical medals and certificates.

 1st Place: 75% discount
 2nd Place: 50% discount
 3rd Place: 25% discount

An award-winning student cannot participate in the NEO Grand Final alone. These students must either be part of a group of eight or be accompanied by a guardian or accompanying person. Please note that the discount applies only to the award-winning students and does not extend to the group or accompanying person.

Grand Final Discount Conditions

1. A Grand Final Discount winner must be part of a group of at least 8 students who will compete in the Grand Final together.

2. Alternatively, the Grand Final Discount winner may participate with an accompanying adult. The accompanying person is required to pay the full participation fee. No discounts are available.

3. Students in 3rd and 4th grades who have won the Grand Final discount must attend the program with an accompanying adult. Even if these students are part of a group of 8 people and the group teacher takes responsibility for them, they can only participate with an accompanying adult.

4. The Grand Final discount winner and the accompanying adult must share a room. They must pay an additional fee if they wish to stay in a single room (if available).

5. Grand Final discounts are based on the early bird price, if and when the early bird price has been announced.

6. These discounts cannot be transferred to another person or applied to future years.

7. These discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Students who are ranked in multiple categories are eligible for a discount only once, and the higher discount will be applied.

9. These discounts are valid only for the Grand Final and not for optional trips or programs.

10. These discounts are valid until the regular (late) registration deadline.

11. If a student registers and pays the deposit or remaining balance before receiving a discount, the earned discount rate will be refunded.

12. Students who win a discount by placing in the top 3 cannot use this discount if they register for the olympiad as Limited Participants. All Limited Participants will be charged the lower amount between their discounted price and the Limited Participant price. (if quotas are available for limited participants)
