INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY EXAMS ON OCTOBER 11, 2025

• Exams will start on time. Do not be late. There will be no make-up exams.
• The exams will be held via the NEO Student Panel.
• There will be no exam link or email sent.
• A camera connection is required for the exams. Zoom will not be used. The exam portal has an integrated camera program, and you just need to synchronize it with your device’s camera.
• Additionally, when connecting to the exam, you must enable the screen sharing feature and select "Entire Screen" as the sharing option.

• Exam Date: October 11, 2025 - Saturday
• Exam Times:
  Chemistry Exam Start Time: 09:00 (in your local time)
  Biology Exam Start Time: 11:00 (in your local time)

  - Exams have exact start times and are not available for 24 hours during the day.
  - You will have 15 Minutes for camera connection and reading the conditions.
  - Exams will start on time and last for 60 minutes. The exam will automatically end after 60 minutes. The exam start link will also expire after 60 minutes and you will not be able to start it.

NEO Trial Exams – October 6–7–8, 2025

We are excited to announce the NEO Science Olympiad Trial Exams for the following categories:
Chemistry – Biology – Mathematics – Natural Science – Physics

When: October 6–7–8, 2025
Time: Available 72 hours in GMT. (The exam will refresh every 8 hours, and you can try again if needed.)

These trial exams are designed to help you get ready for the main Olympiad exams.

Trial Exam Checklist
During the trial exam, make sure to check:

• Your internet connection is stable
• Your device is working properly
• Your camera is connected
• Screen sharing is enabled
• You can access and navigate the exam portal
• You have chosen the correct category
• You can manage your time effectively
• You get a sense of your current knowledge level

Good to know:

• The trial exams are completely FREE.
• Only students who have completed payment for their selected category will be able to access the trial exams.
• At the end of the trial exam, you will only see the number of correct and incorrect answers. The questions and your submitted answers will not be displayed.
• Please note that in the main exams, the number of correct and incorrect answers will not be shown.
