FEES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1. Participation in each selected category requires a separate payment. Please refer to the table above for the participation fees for the NEO Science Olympiad.
2. Payments are final and non-refundable once completed.
3. Students who are unable to take the exam due to unforeseen circumstances will not be offered a make-up exam or a refund.
4. Students may participate in multiple exam categories and win several medals; however, a separate payment is required for each selected category.
5. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a global payment platform that accepts credit or debit cards. Applicant card details are never visible to or stored by the NEO Science Olympiad under any circumstances. 

DUPLICATE PAYMENT ISSUES

In case of payment problems caused by internet connectivity, bank issues or actions taken on the payment interface:
1. First, check whether the payment has been deducted from your bank or credit card account. If no payment has been deducted, please try the payment process again.
2. If the payment has been deducted but is not reflected in the Student Panel, please contact us via the contact form.
3. If a participant makes two payments for the same exam because the first payment does not appear immediately in the Student Panel, the second payment will be refunded after deducting the transaction fee.
4. If a teacher and a student make separate payments for two different accounts created for the same student, a refund of $15 will be issued for the second payment.
5. Please note that each student should have only one account to avoid payment and registration issues.
