Please find below the approval form prepared for flexy participation in the Grand Final, which will take place in New York between July 27 - August 2, 2026.

What do you need to do to give your approval?

2. After carefully reading and understanding all the terms and conditions, complete the approval form on this page (below).
3. You do not need to sign and return the attached agreement.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:

Once this ​agreement is approved, the deposit must be paid within five (5) business days.

Payment of the deposits will guarantee your reservation. Otherwise, your spot will be transferred to the waiting list.

Spots may fill up before the deadline. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. (Total Quota: 750 Students).
