What is Neoscience?

Introduction:

Consciousness studies and Neoscience: Neoscience (neo=new Science) Is the application of a scientific methodology in both spatial-temporal and non-spatial-temporal domains of consciousness. Neoscience stipulates several basic elements as a result of exploration and experimentation. These are:

1.   That it is consciousness itself that is the ‘observing party’ in any given observation, and that the act of observation is in itself a condition of the experiment.

2.   That the observed is also consciousness including spatial-temporal domains.

3.   That it is consciousness that makes up all spatial-temporal domains.

4.      That consciousness is not limited to, but inclusive of spatial-temporal domains.

5.       That beyond Mind there exist an underlying ontology of Love.

6.       That by utilizing the scientific method applied in the various domains of consciousness this ontology maybe uncovered.

This understanding is contrasted with traditional and classical scientific observation, in which the focus of the observer is on the physical realm, and items that may be apprehended by the senses (or the extensions thereof).

Neoscientific understandings do not limit apprehension by any one observer or group of observers to the senses but rather to consciousness, by the observer self. This is the focus of Neoscience -- applying the scientific method to Mind and the various domains of consciousness.

Our specialty at the Center of Neoscience is consciousness and its inter-relationship with matter. A large portion of this work is about the processes of thinking, affective experience, and how we know and learn.

Consciousness studies are concerned with states of mind, consciousness, the processes of thought and their corresponding aspects in feelings and sensations. They are more about the ‘how’ of looking at information than they are about specific kinds of information, or thought in-form-ation. Our work in consciousness studies covers the affective components of learning, thinking and processing information.  From these studies we have developed affective epistemological methods for navigating through Mind, thought and information.

Consciousness studies applications

At the center for Neoscience (CN) we have taken this 'how' of information and integrated it into mathematical models that represent the ways in which we think and learn. These are utilized in several ways, including vector mapping, process/process and object/process modeling techniques, knowledge representation and 3rd generation web technologies. For more on this, see the universal ontological language (UOL), and abstract calculus

A satellite company, Metadata Intl, powered by the Center for Neoscience, applies these principles in application-specific areas. This is done by maintaining domain knowledge databases of two types of information. The first type is process based and not content specific, this is 3rd to n-level domain knowledge. The second type of information is content specific and considered 2nd to 3rd level metadata.  For more information on applications, see Metadata international. Metadata works with applied Neoscience in the form of the mind-based technology integrated into the vehicles, tools and instruments available on the internet today. You may soon experience this by test-driving a vehicle at CN.

Bio-Genetics and Neoscience

Neoscience brings together the fields of consciousness studies and genetics in the following ways:

It provides a coherent and verifiable conceptual outline delineating the inter-relationship between consciousness, Ku energy components, and matter, with specific emphasis on organic matter.

We do this by:

Providing information that defines inter-relationships between spatial-temporal and non-spatial temporal domains of consciousness.

Identifying and illustrating Ku energy components and the inter-relationship with physical matter.

  • Conductivity coefficients and Ku component propagation through organic media.
  • Organic Media specific field properties.
  • Conductivity coefficients and Ku component propagation through inorganic media.
    • Defining Ku components in relationship to sentient and non-sentient life.
    • Indexing and classifying species-specific development.
    • Classifying inter-species and intra-species development.
    • Classifying and defining:
      • Symbiotic relationships between inter-species hosts.
      • Spectrumal components of species-specific development paradigms.
    • Classifying and defining mechanisms of protein folding, structural genomics, and pattern matching in genomic material.

Outcomes and observations of our research

Observation in non-spatial-temporal domains and spatial-temporal domains (space-time) has yielded evidence that the soul and its respective energy components first integrate into spatial-temporal domains in the act of incarnation through a mechanism that we call fusion, which is actually an inter-relationship between thought, energy and matter.

Describing this process is beyond the scope of this article. Briefly stated, the first level of integration and fusion deals primarily with various components of consciousness, and the selection, organization, and integration of Ku components into physical matter in the form of genetic material.

Some Sub-corollaries of these observations are:

That the soul exists, that it is pre-existent to incarnation.

That the soul exists post-incarnation.

Existential Questions and Existential Rights

Context

Currently we exist in a world where the technology is present to clone and or genetically manipulate virtually any species in existence today. Yet in light of this situation - we find our selves in a dilemma because we lack the criteria in which to make appropriate decisions in this matter.  On the one side our advancing technology has given us the promise of drug discovery and the possibility of curing a number of diseases and yet on the other side we are confronted with a number of moral and ethical issues that range from abortion, designer babies, stem cell research, to the cloning of human beings and other forms of life. Beyond this we are confronted with issues of genetically manipulating species beyond the course of thier natural development in both animal and plant kingdoms.

These issues bring us into direct conversation about issues relating to the nature of the soul, consciousness, mind, matter, and genetics. But science to date for the most part has not dealt with the issue of the soul, nor are most religions prepared to give objective and universally acceptable evidence about the course of post-genomic research or action it should take. The Center For Neoscience is about these issues. With a focus on consciousness studies and the nature of Mind we provide information that is central to this debate.

Our solution is to bring elements of both science and religion to this debate but to bring it in the form of a new science, Neoscience, that acknowledges the existence of Mind beyond the spatial temporal domains most often investigated by traditional science, while at the same time applying the scientific method.

Existential Questions:

1.      These observations immediately present us with questions about the right of the soul to incarnate or exist free of interference, as well as the rights of any given species to procreate and integrate free of genetic interference.

2.       Furthermore, we are presented with questions about the rights of the soul before, during, and after incarnation.

3.      This issue raises further questions about existential rights beginning with conception, the initiation of fusion, and the rights of the individual in multiple incarnations.

4.      In addition to individual rights we are also confronted with the rights of the species to exist free from harm or manipulation.

We demonstrate this reality via several methods and observations:

1.       Non-spatial-temporal observation

2.      Demonstrating Ku-energy phenomena in space-time, or spatial-temporal domains of consciousness.

3.      The identification, classification and mapping of a new kind of energy (akin to the discovery of electricity) that is the life energy component of sentient and non-sentient life. See white paper.

4.      Providing mechanisms for changing consciousness in multiple fields, vehicles, tools and instruments for traveling through consciousness and application specific information. This is integrated with meta-data, meta-cognitive elements and other ‘how to' resources.

5.       Providing detailed descriptions for non-spatial–temporal observation in consciousness, where these basic understandings may be observed.

6.       Demonstrating the existence and use of Ku and Ce components in spatial-temporal domains.

7.       Defending existential rights, the rights to self-emancipation, and self-determination.

8.       Advocating humanitarian causes that provides for self-emancipatory action on all fronts.

9.       Providing database access to ‘how to’ information for changing perceptions and consciousness.

10.   Providing application specific vehicles that maybe used with application specific information.

11.   Providing a globally accessible, internationally integrated environment to deliver these resources.

12.   Providing game-like environments integrated with highly technical information that model perceptual shifting and thought navigation techniques.

13.   Maintaining genetics databases:

·        Databases on thought/energy sub-correlates as they relate to spatial-temporal organic matter.

·         Genetic base-line correlates as they relate to conditions in consciousness.

·         Ku component Spectrumal frequencies as growth media for viral and bacteriological organisms

·         Cross-reference correlates to psychological and physical conditions encompassing both eastern and western medical practices. See MedNeo.

General Application of Neoscience in mind ...

What we do:

Consciousness studies are about ‘the how’ and not so much the ‘what’. More than this, it’s about improving the ‘how’ over the ‘hows’ of the past. This is what raising consciousness is all about.

The reality of the matter is as people we learn with the ‘what’, the what in terms of specific information is our metaphor, our clay, our life situation, our work, and even our play. Through these times and these modalities we work out the lessons of life.

Make no mistake these lessons are about 'the how' and not the ‘what’. Think about it, a 100 years from now or even 2 years from now the ‘what’ will often times be obsolete.

We believe learning improving, gaining in possibility, perspective, increasing our choices in our life is not so much about learning the ‘what’ as it is about the ‘how’. The ’how’ lessons are not time based and will stay with us. The ‘what’ comes and goes.

If we can look at information like the material of life, the fuel, the space we travel through (see mind-spaces.com), as a medium for our learning the ‘how’, then we can begin to focus on the how.

When we do this several things begin to happen:

We begin a process of self-emancipation and raising our consciousness.

We begin to replace limited possibility, with the belief in infinite possibility. We begin to replace fear with confidence, we begin to replace dis-ease, with peacefulness, we begin to replace scarcity with plenitude.

We begin with ourselves, and our metaphors, where we are at, by expanding our vistas, stepping beyond our horizons, we throw off the shackles of 'any given reality' and 'concept of self' and move to wider perspective, and sense of self.

This individual choice, that begins with you and I then radiates like a beacon out to all those around us, enhancing the whole of the species.

This is why the vehicles are so great. They have built into them the ’how’ and provide a model for application of this ’how’.

This is what having pre-knowledge about the structure, processes and mechanisms of thought and consciousness is all about.

Because the processes of consciousness are not information specific, the tools and instruments presented here can be super-imposed over any area of human thought. Imagine, included with this are ever growing databases of knowledge that we provide for you to work with, build on and contribute to.
